Query re: CTC?

    Well how's things everyone. I have been a long time listener on the EIKN frequency via live atc. Something which I have just heard in the last while is what my post is about. The controller was informing aircraft of what I think was a "CTC" time (maybe wrongly worded and spelt) for departure.
    I am just curious to know what this is? Thanks!

    From the context, it is possible you misheard CTOT, which is calculated take off time
