Irish army out on their Raleighs

What was happening in da Cooley hills today ? looked like a tri or a road race organised by the army, was it just for army members or just stewarded by them. If you where there l was the one puffing up the hill against the wind (not because l'm slow and unfit) ;)

Over the last couple of years there has been an Eastern Brigade Adventure Race (or 2nd Brigade as it is now) in Wicklow its possible its that in a new location or one organised by another element of the DF. DF cycling and Tri are very active clubs as well.
