Hi, I received a summons from Huge J Ward Solicitors today regarding an unpaid sum of money owed to Vodafone. I wanted to ask if anyone out there has been in the same situation and how did it go for you?

Is it an actual summons or just something that purports to be a summons? Wouldn't a summons be issued by a court and not a plaintiffs solicitors?
