Are the Cat4 races getting slower as the best guys get upgraded, OR am I getting better?

Surely your average speeds/times would tell you if you're getting better?

I think I know what you mean. I've been in a couple of races where for the first two laps you feel like you're going fairly slow at some points considering it's a competition. Conservation of energy and all that, although it did feel like no one was willing to put in a ton of effort.

Maybe everyone has come to the depressing realisation all A4 races end in a bunch sprint and there's feck all point using any energy!

Well the big question is are you sitting at the front driving, or the middle coasting
