The last good one I saw was a few years ago when Best Buy where having problems with sales and my friend created a facebook account and replied to the customers, it got into some paper about their lack of customer service. Not that great in fairness but still better than some crap I have seen here.


I created a spin south west page and had a good few hours fun on that too.
