    anyone and tips for shooting foxes with a shotgun is early morning best or evening

    Morning or evening it will depend you can see them sometimes suning themselves at around 12 in the day, and you will see them late evening ie darkness so you will come across them any time I suppose its hunger and other things we don't know about that drives them out of the den.Sorry a dog will help

    I find during summer that an hour or two before darkness is best. Get sitting and well concealed somewhere and call. Good choke and cartridge combo is essential. I use full choke and 42g of bb shot

    I always find early morning in harvested corn fields great. The straw bales also help you approach closer if necessary. Tight chokes and a heavy load also.
