    What a day and what a rip off. bought a mobile from tesco's (portlaoise) after charging and putting in a top up the Mobile literaly Died dead as a do do!!! took it back only to find out that the Mobile phone manager would not be in until late afternoon so could not get a refund or even an exchange.I had arrivede at 9 30 am sat morning. it eventualy came to life for a few brief minutes and then died again.

    50 kilommeter round trip twice and still no satisfaction. needless to say another piece of trash for the rubbish bin. Customer service in head office could not or would not answere the phone . even the staff were embarrased
    Lesson learnt
    you get what you pay for
