You could nearly get a Galaxy tablet for that price though, I know it has the keyboard etc.
I know two people that have that model, few small issues that required me to factory reset the unit but nothing major.

The IPS screen is great too with viewing angle of 178 degrees.
Comes with Android Jelly Bean 4.0 and after you register with Asus you can upgrade to 4.2

When you consider the dock alone retails at over 150- its damn good value.
Its not cutting edge- and the screen isn't top notch (though it does have really good viewing angles).
6 months warranty apparently too (directly with Asus).
For a 10" tablet- its remarkable value- if you accept that its a refurb.

With these- refurb often means consumers bought them, not realising they weren't iPads, and brought them back to the store who returned them as open box products to Asus. It doesn't necessarily mean anything whatsoever was wrong with them.
