    Youre talking 2 - 2.5 hours work but its simple anyways, just borrow some tools. Only special ones ya need are a set of ratchet spanners.

    Drain coolant into a clean container
    Unbolt radiator, remove the belt, remove the pump and then or before(whichever suits) remove the fan. Clean the head and install with new gaskets. Re assemble...

    I duno what the rate for labour is but bare on mind they will also charge for coolant and whatnot...

    Thanks Mechanic 365 . Just for the record i got a neighbour up the road to do it & he's looking for €300 cash off me now, Told me he got serious hardship.
    To be fair when i asked him to do it he just told me to get the parts which were Waterpump, two O rings, Fan belt, & 10 litres Antifreeze, Gasket,
    When i asked him for price he said and i quote {I wont be hard on you}

    So instead of getting a few prices i just went with him. & the Brazing Fcu**r- wants to screw me :mad: If i had a saddle he'd probably get up and ride me.
    I gave him €150 already & told him wont have remainder for 2 weeks.

    We live in a rural area & you dont like to fall out with a neighbour but in this case its a bit of an exception

    Well maybe he did get a lot of hassle with it. One rounded head or broken bolt can easily add hours to a job like this.

    It took me the most of an hour to change a idler pulley on a TS115 before, by the time I had various guards and so on out of the way.

    That little plastic pulley goes all da time, ya fair enuf a bolt would cause hassle but he would mention that. The lads that just say "oh its a hard job put a pump in one of those yolks" is a cowboy.

    Ask the next mechanic you see 'how hard is it put a clutch in a ts90 classic gearbox', if he says its hard then hes full cowboy!
