New Sky Box / Old Box Q?

While I was at work guy came from Sky and replaced our sky box with the new HD box but took the old one? Am I not entitled to keep the old one?

Yes,,you are.

Each time we have our boxes changed over the years we always kept onto the old ones.

The engineers (Sierra in the Dublin area) usually offer to take the old box though for 'recycling' so perhaps someone agreed.

yup, recycling

there's a decent market for them on ebay etc. as they work perfectly as cheap freesat boxes. Chancers!
