Slightly awkward question about down syndrome

    I'm trying to be as inoffensive as possible here but I'm genuinely interested. Seeing as most people with down syndrome look quite similar I was wondering, could one person with down syndrome use the passport/i.d of another. If this is deemed offensive i apologise whole heartedly.
