    Hi,
    I move from regular broadband to efibre recently. Since doing so I cant access my online account. I re-registered with my new account number but still get access. Can you help.

    I'm afraid it is an ongoing issue that we are aware of and are continuing to work on. It is due to be applied for the next roll out of Fibre in October.
