    Is Trending like the new Twitter? I still don't get Twitter so how am I going to keep a handle on Trending? :eek::eek::eek:

    The 'Trending' tab on the boards homepage doesnt even work for me, i guess im just not cool enough.

    AFAIK: when something is "trending" on Twitter, it means it's one of the most tweeted things.
    So, say for example, it's the world cup and there's only a few minutes left to score. Something like #worldcup would trend since thousands of people on Twitter would be mentioning it.

    Trending is what people are talking about on twitter, for example tomorrow no doubt "World Cup" will be trending as all the games are on and people will be tweeting about performances.

    The more people that tweet the more popular it gets and it becomes a trend.

    Unless its a new social network, if so i'm out

    Syria, Michael le Vel, 50 Shades of Grey Movie
