water spots/marks

So the car is covered in water marks every time it gets wet ever since i got it. They polish out no problem or if I dry the car after washing it they mostly stay away but the first shower of rain that comes along has them back.
Now I know the warm weather we are having wont help and the car is black so they probably stand out more.
I used Menzerna polish after claying the car the last time I gave it a good going over and sealed with CG Blitz.

My question is is there a better type/way of keeping the marks away? Would I be better with a wax?
Something that wont cost a bomb. I want to give the car a good going over again before winter.

Car is a black magic (pearlescent) Skoda Fabia

    Thanks

Wax helps the car a lot

In periods of dry weather, the roads become more dusty and as a result a lot more dust settles on the car. When it rains, and drys out, the dust gathers where the water spots were. There's not a whole lot you can do about it; wash the car more frequently.

The last few days I have noticed an increase in the dusty water spots! It can be especially annoying after washing a car for it to rain and be left with these kind of waterspots
