We've recently found a site with an unfinished house on it for sale. The site size & location is perfect & we are keen to make an offer. Before we do that we want to find out how much it will cost to finish the build. Can anyone on here recommend a good building contractor to me that could take on the project, run it & complete it? I'm looking for someone who has a good track record, that can provide a list of previous work & also might provide a decent price. Thanks!
