Vrt top ups due to spec..

I have calculated the vrt on a car in uk i want to import on the revenue web site no problem but im wondering if there is a top up charge if the car is a higher than standard spec? Also if the car is less than 6 mts old or less than 6000km do i pay the full 23% vat here or is it just the difference between uk and irish vat…

Optional extras are charged on high end cars under 4 years old.
They charge a % of their cost and drop it by 25% every year until year 4+ and dont charge at all for them.
