Bad customer service

I went to the barbers today to get a haircut. I never expected much in the way of service, to be honest the quicker it gets cut the better.
Near the end when she was blow drying the cut hairs away and using her other hand to shake out any loose hairs on my head. she stopped, put her hand to her mouth and sneezed. I watched as I saw the spray go everywhere. She then without any hesitation, put her hand back in my hair and continued her work. Not a bother on her!

Has anyone else experienced such bad levels of customer service, or hygiene for that matter?

Getting your haircut while boobs keep brushing your head, nothing beats it.

There's no point complaining later if you sat there and let someone rub snot into your hair.

All I can think about now is the 'hair gel' scene from There's Something About Mary.

Dude, she has tiny particles of your hair all over her body & clothes, right now.

In fact it was probably greasy particles from your rug that made her sneeze.

That's more a hygiene problem now than bad customer service!!

She was even being nice blowdrying the little hairs off :pac:

Yes, these are the things that all of us think about when a lady is cutting our hair.... I no longer go to a female for my hair anymore though. Established a good working relationship with my barber 8 years ago and now he just knows. :D

I find the up-selling at stores like Holland & Barrett & Topaz really annoying and takes from my experience...Now i do understand that its their job, and if they don't offer these things like a pastry, magazine or loyalty card they get in trouble or if they don't offer these to a mystery shopper they can pretty much expect a dressing down

    Relax fcukers.

If anything, yer one cutting my hair is a creepy, pervert feeler!

I'm sitting there minding my own business while she's getting it on.

I recently learned that hairdresser suffer hair splinters. Yes, pieces of your freshly cut hair that lodge in the skin and often become infected.

    You got off lightly OP.

That said I cannot understand why more people do not use the inside of their elbow to cover their mouths.

Jesus Christ, that's brought some sad memories back:

14 years old. Getting blood taken. Massively obese 60 year-old nurse. Told to rest arm on table, wrist-upwards. Massive knocker onto my palm. Couldn't move hand.

There was no fucking magic in that first-ever-boob-feel, let me tell you...

There are few things more embarrassing - for both parties - than the accidental boob grope.

I accidentally punched my physio in the boob not too long ago. She was speaking too so there was already eye contact going on... and being an unstoppable blusher, I blushed making it worse.

So the moral of the story is that bad customer service is when you dont boobed in the face or dry humped by a crusty fanny?

I'd hope the hairdresser/barber has trousers on so you can't see if they do/don't have a crusty fanny

I dont think the OP meant this thread to be about Hairdressing and getting ones hair cut; more the subject of bad customer service stroke value for money.
It seems yo have gotten hijacked by a load of teenage boys.
Anyway back on subject my barber gives a stamp every time I am in getting it done; wether its a cut and blow dry or a perm or what not. When 9 stamps are achieved you get your cut free.
I was on my 5th or 6th when I lost it but alas no good trying to explain it to the lady what happened so had to start collecting again.
