clearing hips

    i have been having a lot of back pain and i heard that its because i'm not clearing my hips in my swing , any drills to help clear hips in the golf swing ?

    It's very dangerous to give advice to injured golfers without seeing them swing. Please visit a specialist in this area, 'because I'm not clearing my hips in my swing' is not enough information for anyone to give you advice to help your back pain.

    Don't look at you tube videos, blog posts, random advice, see a specialist in golf injuries and it will save you pain and get you back playing quicker and longer.
