Hi I'm building a flight simulator for a friend on a budget.

The budget is 900 euro max but the cheaper the better.

It's all just to run flight simulator X gold edition.

Here is a quick spec i have done up here.

I reckon Amd will be plenty to run this game, however I'm of two minds if I just change it to an I5 instead.

Any suggestions to improve the system would be appreciated.

I'm using overclockers to spec up the system.

    Zotac GeForce GTX 670 4096MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card - £204.99

    MD Piledriver FX-8 Eight Core 8320 Black Edition 3.50GHz - £116.84

    Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 AMD 970 (Socket AM3+) DDR3 Motherboard - £92.24

Corsair Builder Series CX 600w Modular '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply - £64.56

    TeamGroup Elite Black 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C11 1600MHz Dual Channel- £55.34

    Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 1TB SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache - £55.34

BitFenix Merc Beta Gaming Case - £33.81

    LG GH24NSB0 24x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter - £20.49

    Total £523.26
Total with vat + shipping £656.83
