Judicial Assistant in the Courts Service

I applied for the position of Judicial Assistant in the Courts Service last week. The deadline was 28th August. I'm just after receiving an email stating that my application was successful and that I've been called to the next stage of the interview process, which is a written exam on 10th September.

The written examination will comprise two aspects.

    1. You will be required to answer an unseen question. No books or
reference material will be required and same will not be allowed into
    the test centre.
You will have one hour to answer this question.

    2. You will be provided with a draft judgment. You will be required
to proof read the document and highlight errors.
You will have thirty minutes to answer this question.

I'm just wondering if anyone who sat this exam before has any tips on what type of topics to study for the unseen question? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.
