Have these on my car too from the kids on the road! Was told if i have the car waxed they will come off. Worth a try!

If you have the car waxed it *might* hide it but certainly will not get rid of it.

The only way to remove them is with a D/A or rotary polishing machine. This is especially true the longer they are there.

This only came up a week or two ago, Meguiars ScratchX removed a long standing full sized sun cream handprint from my bonnet last year with no sign of it since.

Not being smart but that could be a 'hidden' solution. It may re-appear....one week on, they car hasnt had enough wear and tear...or enough washes....it might start to re-appear after 3-4 weeks. If not. ..happy days! If it does...sure you have a whole bottles worth of hiding! :)

Anything else I tried, stains showed back up within hours....well the weather was wet, sunny, warm.... bit of everything this week, so far so good

Away this week so was unsure of the weather. Not saying it wont give a permanent solution...perhaps it will.
Personal experience, would suggest that the only permanent solution is machine polishing...unless got within a short time of being on the paintwork.

Still not showing....you seem convinced they will return, do you own a car body shop or something??

Lets say I know a wee bit about detailing!! ;)

Mightnt return until the product has wained completely. ..that ccoud be 4 weeks or more. Did you use just polish, or did you seal it in too?

Ive successfully gotten rid of sun cream stains using autoglym resin polish aswell.. No sign of them returning over a year later.
Car and camper had them and I recommended the product to a few others who were successful aswell.

Paint renovator is an abrasive polish so if this removed the marks, they shouldn't come back. Paint Renovator is silicone free so no filler in it.
