From the NTSA website:

Any shooter wishing to represent Ireland at International Matches over the 2013/2014 season should email secretary@targetshooting.ie listing the events they wish to travel to and their plan outlining training, finance etc. This will allow the committee to select supported events based on the most popular given the limited resources available. It is necessary for shooters to comply with the laid down guidelines which are available in the Downloads section.
