    Hi,

I will be re-locating to Dublin in the near future for work in the Nangor Road Area, and I seek accomodation (B&B, Room Rent or House Share) within walking distance of this area..... Any suggestions/recommendations ?

The Nangor Road covers a massive distance. You need to be more specific on the location

Location is Baileys Diageo...... Anywhere within half an hour to 40 minutes walking distance of this considered.

Anywhere around Clondalkin Village or the surrounding estates (Woodford,Yellow Meadows,Castle Park,Cappaghmore) would be walkable in that time. Also the very frequent 151 bus route stops right outside Diageo,so anywhere along the route would be handy either.

Parkwest and it's tonnes of apartments are about a 10 min walk from Diageo too,but there's feck all else there really besides a few shops and a fitness place.

Look up Lansdowne Gate apartments in Drimnagh. Not Lansdowne Valley.

I think theres apartments up by Michael Collins Park as well.

Know it's well over-due....but thanks a mil for this advice ! - Sorted with a nice place now - 10 mins Clondalkin Village & 25mins walk from work.... couldn't be better ! - You're not wrong about Park-West being a bit of a dead-beat either.... Clondalkin Village way nicer, even if the walk is that bit longer.
