    Hiya I got a free phone thru my cherry points.... Samsung galaxy pocket neo... Anyone know if I can bring this into a shop and get it upgraded for a slightly better model and pay the difference?

    yes you can but you have to shout 'I love Vodafone' at the top of your voice just as you reach the counter before they serve you, its apart of some promotional thing they're doing, good luck with your new phone :)
