Ah lads...I was on one of those "nothin organised, last minute razz sessions" and I'm beyond hungover...dyin! Anyone got any realistic cures "other than raw egg, more stout"!!! I think this is the worst I have ever suffered. Any help would be greatly appreciated! !!!

Pint of Water, can of Coke/Sprite, cup of Coffee, a toasted ham sandwich, some pain killers, another Pint of Water. A shower, some fresh air and you're sorted

For years my older brother always said a good walk up a mountain cured the worst hangover.

I'm not built for this walking malarkey but gave it a shot about 4 months ago.
Every Sunday when ever I wake up I'm straight up the Wicklow hills with two litres of water.
I now swear by it and it genuinely cures even the worst hangover.

    Definitely some sort of exercise.

Lying in the bed or sitting on the couch is never any help for me anyway, till trier you out if nothing else thus allowing you to get some proper rest and recover.

OH's co-worker swears by the portion of curry chips. OH himself had the occasion to try it out on Saturday, said it worked a treat!
