    Hi all,

I've done up a personal review of the World Championships, focusing more on the experience of being there rather than the actual results (which everybody already knows). There was simply too much to write about so I have done it in 3 parts. There will also be a 4th article focused on the actual city of Moscow.

So for whoever is interested here is part 1 which gives an insight into life in the media, the rough Russian security guards and the cheerful volunteers:

The final Running Review article about the World Championships, and something a little bit different this time, focusing rather on the actual city of Moscow, it's amazing architecture, deep history, rich culture, along with the bizarre oddities that it possesses. While not athletics related I felt it was appropriate to write on a city who proved to be great hosts for the 9 days. One of my favourite cities that I have visited. Highly recommended.

That's it from me as far as the world championships goes. Time to draw a line under it.
