Help! Ratchet over tightened

    I seem to have overtightened the ratchet on my shimano shoe, and now I can't get it off!

    Any suggestions??

    Well that's embarrassing... :o

    OH just came in and she opened it straight away.

    Just as well, as I was about to go for the scissors

    Ha ha ha, that's happened to me a few times as well. It's a bit of a design flaw, and when it's happened I've just sort of.... managed to get it open somehow. Been wary of tightening them since.
