Headfort House, Kells

Does anybody know if the grounds of Headfort House in Kells are open to visitors? I've done a bit of search, and a couple of sites say interior tours can be arranged, but I just want to see the outside of the place. Not sure if you are allowed on the grounds though. Cheers
