I've a launch PS3 and over the past month it has seemingly killed both my controllers (one bought in the last week).

They won't charge, and when connected to the PS3 they won't turn on. Any recommendations on what I should do?

Not sure if you have.......but did you try plugging the controllers into other USB sources..for example a laptop.Just to see if they charge up or even respond.

If they still don't charge it could be a faulty USB cable.

If you have them since launch then the batteries could just be end of life.

Just sounds like the usb ports are fecked on your PS3, try charging them off something else

I had the same problem, my USB charger got fried somehow so I had to get a new USB charger. I would reconmmend using a different source to charge your controllers just to make sure the USB charger isn't fried.
