Bottom Bracket / Crankset noise problem

Hi, I recently bought a new bike and while it's brilliant to cycle, there has been a very annoying noise from day one. I've narrowed it down to either my bottom bracket or crankset. It's definitely not my pedals. Seeing as the bike is brand new, the bottom bracket is hardly worn, but I greased the outside of the cups (press-fit) just in case, tightened the cranks (ultegra 6700) using a torque wrench but the noise persists. It's a creaking sort of noise which happens in and out of the saddle but I noticed it becomes loudest while I put force on the left crank while at the bottom of the stroke (freewheeling). ANY suggestions welcome apart from wearing earplugs :)

Go through this. It's painstaking but the best way.

I had a similar noise and was sure it was the bottom bracket. In the end it was a loose bolt on the rear dropout/derailleur hanger.

This sounds identical to my old problem, I even replaced my BB and rear wheel+cassette but in the end I just needed to grease the threads on my pedals where they screw into the crank arms (I know yu said not pedals) but thats my 2 cents. If it helps my noise sounded a little like plastic cracking!

Have you checked that the chainring bolts are all properly tightened?

Yeah, took off crankset cleaned everything, pushed bottom bracket in with hand just incase it wasn't in properly, took off chainrings, greased bolts, and part where chianrings go onto crank. Also greased where left crank is put onto right crank. NOISE GONE
