lose weight to lose bodyfat ?

    hi ive been trying to lose bodyfat and have kept close eye on diet. i wanted to keep my weight 12st at 5ft 8. but my bodyfat has stalled last month or so even though it had decreased by 3%over previous 2 months while keeping same weight.my diet is 45p 28c 27f.my workouts are fine 5 day week weights/ cardio. happy enough with my diet and definatly can see that i,ve gained more defnition since i droped my carbs and raised my pro. i feel like i'm on the right track but since my bodyfat has stalled for so long should i instead of trying to lose bodyfat while maintaining same weight,should i try losing a few pounds and hope that i lose fat rather then muscle. maybe i'm not to be 12st of solid muscle:) any advice appreciated
