Buy a tube of silicone and fill it in. Google youtube for using silicone and it will show you how to get a nice finish (using washingup liquid on your fingers!!) Easy enough.

+1 for a tube of silicone sealant.

Brown or Black Evostik or Tec 7 will do the job nicely.

While wait4me and Paddy147 gave good advice, I'd get the cowboy that installed that to come back! That kind of disgraceful installation gives good installers a bad name.

The hole is too big.....looks at least 20mm diamater drill bit size.

At least the hole is drilled out and down at an angle from inside the house.
So no rain can just blow in.

The installer should have inatslled a small plastic co-ax wall plate over the coax cables and hole.
This would shield the cabless and hole from the elements and from any possible rain/wind being blown into the hole.

I dont know if the installer will come back to fit a small plastic wall plate though????

For the sakes of 8-10 euro,Id just buy a tube of Evostik or Tec 7 and plug/seal up the external part of the hole.
Its a 1 minute job at most.
Dont squeaze the silicone all the way into the hole, just incase you ever need to run more co-ax or replace the existing co-ax cables.
