Sky remote controls just stopped working.

I have a Sky+ box which is working fine but I have 2 normal boxes as well & just now, the remote controls just stopped working for both of them at the same time. One is completely not working & on the other, I can change the channels but the the volume isn't working. & yes, I replaced the batteries on both.

This happened on my Sky+ box a couple of years ago & I rang Sky & they sorted it. I rang them just there only to be told I need to buy new controls. I told her that they had fixed it before but she reassured me that it couldn't be done this time. :rolleyes:

Anyone know if there's a way of getting them working again?

I'm staying the obvious but this happened to us and I discovered someone had put our two remotes in the opposite rooms so they weren't paired to the other TV in the rooms.

Exact same thing happened to me a while back, 2 remotes on both boxes stopped working simultaneously out of the blue. Tried everything but had to buy a new one.

mine stopped working goggled the solution of taking the batteries out pressing select for 60 seconds replacing the batteries and reprogramming the remote
