Airsoft deal of the year

    Hi,
I've decided my airsoft days are over, and I'm looking to offload all my gear as per the picture attached. The rifle is a Classic Army Proline M16 (full metal), shooting 290 FPS, and although long guns aren't cool, this is a lovely piece, with the long barrel and the 5000Ma battery it has great range and rate of fire. The pistol is a KJ Works P226, shooting at 210fps. The loadout gear consists of British Army issue webbing, Chest rig, and assault vest, all the real thing, in great condition. Everything in the picture is going as one lot, take it or leave it, for €200. I'm not splitting it up, so please don't ask. There's probably a lot more to be made by selling individually, but I just want to clear out the attic, so it's priced to clear :-). Everything works perfectly, with the exception of the pistol mag, which may be a bit ropey. Based in Tallaght, Dublin.

Anything of interest here on my thread? I'd be willing to add some cash if necessary...

In order to comply with the Rules of Airsoft Adverts you must state the actual Muzzle energy/FPS of both your M16 and Sig 226
You also MUST state the asking price as this is not an auction site

    No thanks :-)

A broad statement that it is under 1 joule is not good enough

    170 offered

No thanks. it sold for the asking price in about 30 minutes, but on principle, I wouldn't let it go for an offer that low either way.

Who did you sell it to?

Not sure why thats relevant. Is there a particular reason you need to know?

I see no evidence of a sale being agreed on this thread, hence the question again. Who did you sell it to?

    Hi,
Apologies for not following the rules and advising the sale was closed. I have now placed a message in the thread to make this clear.
With respect, I don't see anything in the rules that says I need to identify the seller, and would consider it an irrelevant matter. I'm not trying to be deliberately obstructive, but without a good reason, I'm afraid I must decline your request. Please take a moment to explain the relevance of the request to identify, and I would be happy to oblige.
    Regards
    Brian

    Hi,

I see the problem here. The buyer concluded the deal off thread, which is a no-no. The kit was bought by Kevin Moran.

I have to say, the moderators on the site have a very curt approach when asking questions. I appreciate you're volunteers keeping tabs on a great resource, but I'd reswpectfully suggest a little more courtesy would get you a long way, and get your requests complied with quicker.

    Regards

    Brian

Perhaps if you had acquainted yourself with the rules before posting we would not be having this conversation.

All you needed to do was accept Kevin Moran's offer on thread and all would have been well.

A simple answer to a simple request is all that was needed.
