Wouldn't things like this be somewhat worrying ?

i.e. - Governments making use of such tech.

Guess we really need to wear tinfoil hats eventually!

I looked up this link and the noticed the following :
".....In February, for instance, scientists led by Duke University Medical Center's Miguel Nicolelis used electronic sensors to capture the thoughts of a rat in a lab in Brazil and sent via Internet to the brain of a rat in the United States. The second rat received the thoughts of the first, mimicking its behaviour......".

So finally we have 'proof' that Brazilian and US rats behave and 'think' in much the same way. Well, my gob has been well and truly smacked.
The real question is: 'What exactly were they thinking?' .

I think it's amazing that the American rat was twitching its nose at EXACTLY the same time as the Brazilian rat. Irrefutable proof IMHO.
