Help needed {Healthy diet and excise plan}

    Hi guys, Just looking for some information on getting back in shape.

    Ok i am 23 about 5'11, 13 stone, i was very fit from about 17 till i was discharged from the Defense Forces after that i fell into a rut where i would eat unhealthy a lot takeaways 2-3 times a week, Would never touch a drop of water all i wanted was Coke or some other fizzy drink, I realise that its making me sick affecting my chances of a career in the Army that i have a medical for soon 6-7weeks.

    Its affecting my relationship and setting a bad example for my son.

    What i started to do, Insanity workout 60 day program. i drink 2.5L of water a day with maybe a can of Diet Coke for a treat {Maybe 2-3 a week}.

    I am trying to get back into running maybe 1.5miles now at 13mins.

    What i need is advice on a healthy food plan and maybe a good excise plan.

    I would list what i eat in a day but just to ashamed, because its not me i was never like this.

    Oh i do not drink or smoke.

    Gym is a no no when i finish work its closed or days i am off my partner works and i stay with the little one, Maybe swimming to included the child?
