I am trying to eat healthier and I have started using these as a snack in work with peanut butter as they keep me full. Are these ok to fit in a diet or very bad for you?

Hi i'd also be interested to know how ok these are- I'd often have a packet (6 in a packet) with a sliced banana and find it very filling but don't know how good or bad it is!

    Thanks.

Each is about 50 calories, so eat in moderation. Six with a banana would be 400 calories for example, peanut butter is quite calorie dense as well so portions should be small.
Despite that they are an excellent snack for keeping hunger away

Yes eat them and if monitoring carb levels ( should be if fat loss is goal) then make sure they fit in with your total carb intake for the day

    All the best

    Just to add to this

Ive always been very wary of anything with oil listed as an ingredient

Yet i cannot seem to find any oatcakes made without oil??

Could somebody point me in the direction of oil free oatcakes??

It's a tiny amount of palm oil. Seriously nothing to worry about
