External Plaster and Insulation

    Hi,

    I am looking at replastering external of existing house. I am looking at a few different options :

    (1) New Napp Plaster and Paint - Straight Forward

    (2) External Insulation Board and Napp Plaster - Expensive I believe even with grant - Approx €100 per m2?

    (3) External Plaster with Insulating Properties - This is an area I am unsure on. I saw a company carrying this out on a house locally and for the live of me I cant remember the company name or the product name. I would be interested in a product like this if it is available but dont know where to look. Any one have any exp with a product or company who does this and what are the thoughts on it.I am assuming when it is just basically a new plaster finish there is none of the work involved in the external board like moving windows etc so would be hoping costs would be a lot less.

    Anyway open to any suggestions thanks :)

    get a price from several builders for options 1&2 (3 sounds like rubbish to me)
