    Hello -

    I recently moved my Gas from Electric Ireland to Airtricity. I am now an Airtricity Customer.
    I had paid (partially) a deposit with Electric Ireland.

    How will my deposit be reimbursed?

    Hi Kante,

    Any credit on a closed Electric Ireland account would be off-set against the final bill. If the credit is more than the bill total, resulting in a credit balance, let us know (by private message here on Boards.ie if you wish) and we will organise a cheque refund to you.
