Right I have a problem this weekend.
With it being electric picnic, and your not allowed bring bottles this really screws up my ability to drink.

Can you get any nice pale ale style beers in a can.

If not what lager is the best in a can then!

    Help a guy out.

Brewdog Punk IPA is a good one.

Punk or Dead Pony Club from Brewdog are great in a can.

Slyfox IPA 113 in a can is also very nice.

All were bought from Drinkstore in the last 2 weeks.

Brewdog is an expensive option for festival slabs, though. But if you got the money ...

As well as Punk IPA, you can also get Dead Pony Club. I've also seen cans of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale and Summerfest Lager going around. Just remember that the Brewdog and Sierra Nevada cans are normal Coke can sized, 300 or 330ml, not the regular pint sized cans (500ml) that you normal get beer in.

    Thanks,

All very helpful, just anything that tastes better then miller or heineken for the first few drinks. Before I head into the site/main arena.

Usually I'd be drinking out of bottles so a can will be strange.

Also ill need to buy a slab of heineken as there is the cold room for some ice cold beer in the camp sites.

Off topic: I'm assuming the cans are from an american influence as its easier to get those can sizes in the states for beer.

It's just a better way to store beer: lightweight, fully sealed, non-shatter, no lightstrike and stackable.

    American cans are a different size -- 355ml, whereas BrewDog's are 330ml.

Ah, but I had noticed they were smaller!
At least my powers of observation where not completely impaired at the time!
