A biography of Austrian Formula 1 champion driver Niki Lauda and the 1976 crash that almost claimed his life. Mere weeks after the accident, he got behind the wheel to challenge his British rival, James Hunt.

UPDATE: The email says you need to have a copy of a page from HEAT magazine - as far as I know this is NOT strictly enforced.

    Per the email:

This is a Heat Magazine Preview. A copy of the page in Heat Magazine is required to validate ticket. No photocopies.

Is it in the magazine on sale at the moment?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,449 ✭✭✭livEwirE

I don't think they are strict on whether you have the magazine page or not :) Can someone confirm this please?

Just grabbed 2 tickets. Thanks OP.

Anyone know if the Heat Magazine thing is strictly enforced? I'm all for going to see a movie for the price of a magazine, it's the giving my money to the makers of Heat Magazine that bothers me.

Will know this Thursday as there is a screening on for a different movie and it has the same requirement. I doubt it'll be enforced

This requirement to have a copy of the magazine is always printed on the tkt but is never enforced , I have been to at least a dozen previews and although it was stated on the tkt it was never a problem .

    Just back from this.
    Loved it.
Very well made, better than i expected.
The 2 actors are amazing but daniel bruhl is outstanding.
Hemsworth is very good but as mentioned I think he got the easier part..

    Thanks again OP.
A movie I would have gladly paid in to see..

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,444 ✭✭✭✭Skid X

I really enjoyed that, one of the best films I have seen in ages.

Thanks to the OP and those who bumped the thread when more tickets became available.

Thanks OP, thought this was a great movie, very enjoyable. I'll definitely be looking to get the blu-ray for Christmas!!

Cracking film - if even for the noise off the cars. Would recommend seeing this film in the cinema for that alone.

    Very well acted too though.
