    HI All,

Anybody know a good physio In Dublin 2/Dublin 4 area who is good with runners? Wouldn't mind getting an opinion on a few niggles during my lunch break some day..

    Thanks,

    Crisco

Little further out, but I went to Jean Andrews in the Blackrock Clinic this year and last before the DCM to sort out some niggles and found her really good. No more expensive than anywhere else either.

Adian Woods Pearse Street. Good sign when the waiting area table is full of Irish Runner mags ;)

Ahhh. follow up to this. Just in and told not to run for a few weeks. My ITB is inflamed but the good news is it only started hurting at Frank Duffy so caught it early.

Aidan told me cycling (and any other non impact cardio) are fine. I'm just worried even if I do keep up training on the bike I won't be getting "miles in the legs". Any tips on converting miles on the road in the training plan to miles on the bike? Really worried this will destroy my marathon training. (furthermore, I haven't actually signed up yet, was going to this week but now I'm doubting ffs)

Aidan was very helpful and understanding of the runners mindset, have been to other physios who just don't understand and say "complete rest for 6 weeks"

Eoin at Peak Physio is excellent and I'd highly recommend him. He took a video of me running and pointed out a few things that I needed to work on.
    He's based in Energie fitness

Bumpage - sore knee needs sorting.
Do people still recommend Mr. Woods?
