Just a quick (retarded) q. When you weigh yourself do you do it first thing in the morning without clothes or during the day when your clothed and fed and watered, or do you get an average of the two? As there is obviously going to be a decent swing during those times. Just curious as a lot of people quote their bw on here.

In boxers before breakfast PMD (Post Morning Dump - Technical term)

I awaken at 4.30am and brush myself to remove loose and dead skin.

I then drink the juice of a freshly squeezed lemon before shaving and washing myself.

Before jumping on the scales I am careful to exhale and not carry too much oxygen onto the scales.

Then I weigh myself before getting back into bed for another 2-3 hours.

Either that or PMD as above.

    Morning, in boxers, pre-dump.

I save the dump for work, just to amuse myself with the thought that I'm getting paid whilst I 'log on'.

    It's the little things...

In boxers post morning dump. I also have at least one dump at work, but i do not weigh myself afterwards.

There's a scales in our bathroom beside the toilet so sometimes I do a pre-dump weigh in followed by a post-dump repeat.

Just to amuse myself, you can lose over a kilo sometimes.

I don't think it matters really as long as you are consistent!! If you usually weigh yourself first thing, keep doing that! If your usually an evening person then do that! For me it's first thing in the morning! You could be 2-3 kilos heavier in the evening with food and water inside you so it's important to remove as many variables as possible to keep the weigh ins consistent!
