hi do any of the budget smartphones circa 150 euro have 720p video playback,video recording and hdmi out i'm looking at the huawei phones and the nokia lumia and samsung range thanks

An N8 might work for you, could go secondhand, or new for close to your budget. Is that to old for you?

For the price you want, and with Hdmi out you wont have that many options. You might get some other ideas if you post what you want to do with it
