Pulev won on points, as I expected. Took him a few rounds to figure out the southpaw style and Thompson tired, as you'd expect from a 41 year old, but overall a good solid performance by the Bulgarian.

I believe outside of the Klitchkos he is the best out there. Not a big puncher, but skilful, strong, good chin, good engine and has a cool, clinical mindset in the ring. I don't think he'd beat Vladimir, but I'd give him a chance against Vitali.
