How's this? Should be plenty of cpu power there and enough graphics power to run basic games. If you want more graphics power it's doable within the budget. There's good overclocking potential there as well. The cpu, igp and ram can all be overclocked to give significant performance gains.

Do you need speakers or anything else? A wireless card?

I'd go with this and Bloodbaths montior, windows etc. Its a much stronger PC. If there is no gaming going to be done at all you could drop the 7770 and get a SSD for the boot drive. You won't really notice the difference with a family PC with or without an SSD except for boot times. Total is 705 euro with bloodbaths monitor, windows and keyboard. I always say never sacrifice the processor over an SSD

Oops replace the 500watt powersupply with the 1TB hard drive

I disagree completely about dropping the ssd. It gives far more than just faster boot times. There is still room in my budget to upgrade your processor and grab a dedicated graphics card but I don't think you need to unless you're gaming on it.

You're also losing lot's of extras like usb3 and sata 600 support, no card reader and it would be a louder pc.

I will have to agree with BB on your comment regarding SSD, the noticeable difference is so so much you wont believe. from boot-ups, switching program's. etc
