How to get licence back after a ban??

Hi not sure if in the correct category!! just wondering if anyone knows... what you have to do to find out how long is left on a licence ban!! my daughter was banned for over 5yrs!! for not producing, no tax,, ect, ect,, now wants to know how to find out how long she has left to get her licence back? any help thanks.

I'd contact your local Gardaí or the RSA and they should be able to tell you

When did the ban commence?
I'd say from your post that there was a court case, so, back to the solicitor who handled the case.

She should contact her local motor tax office, or the office from where the license was issued in the first place. They should be able to advise her what to do.

As I commented earlier, was a solicitor involved. Sometimes after a period the case can be reviewed and some of the ban suspended.
If you didn't use a solicitor initially, I'd seek their advice now.
