    Just an FYI, went to Aidan and found him very good, very informative and was very open to listen to my concerns (originally he thought I might need to pack in rugby due to a previous injury, but then found out I had been working on the injury with running and had no concerns so he's now willing to work on the current injury and re-assess later).
