I was involved in a car accident recently and although its still in doubt who was at fault I'm starting to worry it might have been me.
In the case that I am found to blame and the other parties claim 'whiplash' or other such injuries will my insurance cover cost of this? I have fully comprehensive insurance.

Thanks that's some weight off my mind anyway. Would I have to go to court if they did or do insurance companies usually just settle?

    Depends, they usually settle.

Even the cheapest policy, TPFT, had third party cover. It just doesn't cover own repair costs.

Very few cases go to court. If the cost of the claim is high and insurers can't agree who is liable, it may go that far. Don't worry about it, you're only involvement, if it happens, will be to attend as a witness
