    Hey there. I ordered E fiber on wednesday night but now wish to cancel it, I understand this is well within a cooling off period and won't incur any charge? I don't have an account number as I am a new customer. I can pm you any details you require.

    We can not cancel the order here.

    If you call 1901 and select option 4 then option 3 they can arrange that for you.
